Orders and acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, due to a pricing error or suspected fraud); if we cancel an order you have already paid for, you receive a full refund.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars. The price you see at checkout — including shipping and applicable sales tax — is the full amount you pay. We accept major credit and debit cards and wallets via Shopify's secure checkout. If we discover a pricing error after you order, we will contact you before proceeding.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates are shown on each product page and in our Shipping Policy. Estimates are our best good-faith projection; occasional carrier delays can occur, and we will keep you informed of your order status and tracking.

Returns

Our 30-day return policy is described in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Product information

We work to describe and photograph products accurately. Minor variations in color can occur due to screen settings and photography lighting. If a product materially differs from its description, our returns policy applies and we will make it right.

Content on this site (text, images, branding) belongs to Holmden or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Holmden's liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
