Shipping policy

Free standard shipping on all US orders. No minimums, no surprises at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not yet ship internationally.

Processing time

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Our products ship from fulfillment centers in the United States. Standard delivery takes 3–6 business days after processing, for a total of roughly 4–9 business days from order to door for most addresses. Remote areas (AK, HI, and some rural routes) can take a few days longer. If a specific item has a longer delivery window, we say so clearly on its product page before you buy.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.
