Shipping policy

Free standard shipping on every US order. No minimums, no surprises at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not yet ship internationally.

Processing time

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Items that ship from our US warehouses typically arrive within a week. Other items ship with tracking and typically arrive in 7 to 14 days. Remote areas (AK, HI, and some rural routes) can take a few days longer. If a specific item has a longer delivery window, we say so clearly on its product page before you buy.

Express shipping

Need it sooner? Where available, you can choose Express Shipping for $15 at checkout.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.
