How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every US order, no minimum. If you need something faster, express shipping is available for $15 at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Items that ship from our US warehouses usually arrive in about a week. Most items ship with tracking and typically arrive in 7 to 14 days. As soon as your order ships, we email you the tracking number automatically.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. Just email support@holmden.com and we will walk you through it. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if you catch us quickly. Email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we can change or cancel it. After that, it is usually already on its way to the warehouse floor.
